This website is a living tribute to John and Peggy Bishop, who succeeded in creating the most entertaining road racing series ever to be run in the US.
The IMSA Camel GT series was the best road racing series ever to be run in the United States. Created by John Bishop, it evolved from a National competition to an International road racing series. This site has been created in order to give this great racing series the best recognition. You are welcome to contribute to this site. In order to become the historical reference, a lot of work has to get done. Every material displayed on this site is copyright IMSA History.

Drivers stories : you can add your own story in the dedicated section.
Chassis # : these informations will be displayed in the results section.
Car informations : if you owned or drove a car, you may wish to have your information displayed.
Race stories : if you have memories about a particular race, you can add yours!
Race numbers for the 1975 and 1976 seasons : program covers or entry lists are needed for these two seasons. You can scan them and send them to me via email. You'll be credited.
Teams : cars which were not entered on a regular basis
